All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class.

Flat rate: £1.50 per order (UK only).

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Due to hygiene reasons, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings once they have been worn.

If you change your mind, you can return them unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days and I will help resolve it.
